Park Jihoon 25 • FIRE • LEADER • UNKNOWN • Lee Minho unpredictable People do weird things - Jihoon is one of them. He claims he is the most creative when he's sitting in odd positions. Something about his chi and the flowing of his chakra. When he gets in one of those moods, it's best to just leave him alone on his yoga mat in the middle of the dorm floor. Sometimes, he will just get up and leave the room without telling anybody where he's going, and he'll come back to the dorm with bags of snacks and take out food for the other members. What goes on in his mind has always been, and perhaps always will be, a mystery. vain Jihoon has one word readily associated with him. He has one of these things in almost every bag he owns, and if he doesn't have one, he'll just use his phone. Yes, that's right. A mirror. Jihoon checks his reflection almost obsessively. He's very in love with himself, narcissistic to the point where he pauses in front of store windows just to admire himself. fashionable One of the perks of being one of the most successful stars in South Korea is the money. Jihoon puts the money to good use - he always looks runway ready at the airport, at the gym, on the streets. He matches clothes well, and always makes sure to stay on top of the fashion trend. Jihoon always makes sure to wear gifts his fans have given him at least once. They spent their hard earned money on it. The least he could do is wear it to the airport. And if he really likes the article of clothing, he might wear it more than once. blunt Jihoon says things like they are. He rarely holds back, and while this can be amusing on variety shows, it can get pretty annoying in real life. Jihoon will tell the other members exactly how it is - whether it's "Wow, your dancing sucks today" or "Do we need to take a break? You're not hitting the high notes." If asked his opinion on something - clothing, new hairstyle, new concept for an album, Jihoon will voice his opinion on it, whether ot not it's what the company wants him to say. charismatic It's easy to see why Jihoon gets the most MC offers out of the entire group. It's not just because he's the leader of the group, but it's because he acts and talks naturally on camera. He's likable - always knows how to make someone feel comfortable, always knowing the right jokes, the right words to say. He might be intimidating at his height, but Jihoon has always had a knack for making friends. protective The one thing Jihoon hates the most is rumors and scandals about his friends and his fans. He'll sacrifice himself for another members, especially Ember or Phoenix. If the crowd at the airport pushes too hard against them, Jihoon will physically take the maknae in his arms and push through the crowd. If it's someone badmouthing the others in public, Jihoon will release a blistering statement calling out the anti. Jihoon has no patience for antis or sasaeng fans, especially when they start causing harm to fans, the other members or any of his friends. personality Talents: Modeling, acting, singing It all begins with a drama. A televised drama that aired for maybe two episodes while Jihoon was still in third grade. But the main actor had done such a good job in those two episodes that Jihoon told everybody who would listen to him that he was going to be the next big actor. The next big thing. Well, things don't always work out the way Jihoon planned. He was coerced into participating in a battle of the bands at his middle school, where his classmates forced him to sing because he had lost a bet against them. Swallowing his pride and taking his punishment, Jihoon opened his mouth and sang. And that began the next big stage in his life. You see, one of the parents sitting in the crowd was a talent scout for Genesis Entertainment. Jihoon was well known in the school for his good looks, his charms, his good grades. He seemed perfect and the scout from Genesis knew he wanted Jihoon to join the company. Add to that Jihoon's ability to sing relatively well... He was offered a contract. Even though Jihoon still wanted to be an actor at that time, he accepted it because it would open up pathways for him. He knew that if the group he was a part of took off, he could branch out into acting in dramas. He could still fulfill his childhood dream. When he was told he was the first choice to be the leader of FIRE, Jihoon almost declined. He didn't want to be an idol as bad as some of the other trainees the budding Genesis Entertainment was harboring. But he was approached personally by the president of the company. Jihoon finally agreed, and he blossomed under the title. FIRE became huge. Their popularity spread like their namesake, burning a path for the next generation of Genesis trainees. Jihoon's name - Ash - became a household name. He was finally able to fulfill his childhood dream of acting in a drama. But everything comes with a price. background
